I recently visited this Subway location and had a very disappointing experience. My order was prepared incorrectly, and when I politely asked for it to be remade, the staff member did remake it but was extremely rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction. The unprofessional behavior made the entire visit uncomfortable. I’ve attached a photo showing how the order was supposed to look when remade. I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service moving forward.
Just ordered food from Deliveroo. They send me an empty sub and asked me to request fefund through Deliveroo. We are waiting for food last hour and now we need to order from different place.
Attended this Subway store on Monday and was served by Luke the new worker. He was friendly and professional even when it was busy. The food was excellent quality and the store itself was spotless. No faults from me, Luke is an asset to your team, I will return again.
