This is the 3rd time i got charged higher price £17:99 for the displayed item which said £11.99.When i told her about it she simply said "Sorry the marked price was wrong " . The 1st time few months back we bought one of the item which i paid for my kid costed £9.00 but i never bother about it until leaving the shop i told my wife n kid how expensive the little crappy item was. Only then did my wife say she thought it was only £3.00 . But we never bother to come back to check the price . The 2nd time , my kid picked an eyemask which said £2.50 when i paid for it they said £9.99 i instantl y told them it was only £2.50 . I went to take photo of it and show them, they said the same thing like today the staff told me " Sorry , it was a mistake the original price is 9.99.I returned the item and didnt buy it. The staff went to the manager and he said it was ok to sell for my kid with that marked price £2.50 . U got to notice the price when paying for it. Imagine if we paid for 3 or 4 items , we would never have noticed the difference. That was the reason i checked it today and i wasnt wrong . What are the odds of me being overcharged 3 times in the same shop , i wonder ?
Visited Miniso yesterday with my 11-year-old daughter, and she was absolutely overwhelmed—in the best way—by the wide range of cute and fun items in-store. The layout was inviting, and everything was easy to browse. The staff at the tills were friendly, courteous, and incredibly attentive. My daughter picked out a few items, and the team immediately noticed that two of them—a Care Bear drinking bottle with a slight crack and a slightly damaged mystery box—weren’t in the best condition. They swapped them out for perfect ones without hesitation. I really appreciated their attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction. A lovely shopping experience overall. We'll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
