The order was fantastic. The Customer Service was even better; the two ladies in question were smiling pleasantly and had great communication skills. I wasn’t even waiting that long, but the second lady at the last till at the drive-through apologised to me. Honestly, the food was quick, but thank you for the good old McDonald’s experience. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff and policy’s of this branch. My daughter had just been refused access as their policy is “no school children allowed to eat inside” my daughter attends a club close by and this is where I meet her after work at 3:30. She was eventually allowed to order, she received the wrong order and the staff refused to rectify. She is a paying customer and the way she was treated is Diabolical. Whilst there she also witnessed a male member of staff bullying, refusing entry and intimidating other children, refusing to allow them to order and cancelling orders. This has got to stop.
What a disgrace I went in the other week because my children wanted McDonald’s they asked me for a large big Mac meal and a large chicken nugget meal. I didn’t open the bag until I got home and when I got home all I had was a medium meal and they didn’t have my chicken nuggets in it I just went before, and I checked the bag to see if they put all my stuff in it and they missed out my chips and my burger so I went back and complained and I didn’t even get any free stuff and my Chips were cold I am never going back to that McDonald’s ever again.
