Very disappointing experience at McDonald’s – Merseyside Services I had a very poor experience at this McDonald’s on 23/11/2025 in the morning. I ordered food for my children through the McDonald’s app before arriving. When I went through the drive-through, the staff told me they could not find my order at all. I then parked nearby and went inside to the counter/reception. I showed them my order receipt from the app, but they told me they couldn’t do anything because the food items were “finished” and that I would have to request a refund myself through the app. The way this was explained was very rude and unhelpful. My children were very upset because they were waiting for their favourite food and we were treated like it wasn’t their problem. I spoke to both a male and a female staff member who were not wearing name badges. When I asked for their names, they responded very rudely. This was a very bad customer service experience. I expected better from a big franchise like McDonald’s. I really hope the management team looks into this and trains staff to be more polite and customer-friendly.

Lovely and clean, food was well presented and hot. Cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in. This was down Asher, who never stopped cleaning and keeping the place spotless. Big shout out to her. I hope her hard work is appreciated.
