Walkabout - Manchester

I booked a table and paid a reservation fee for a group of eight to watch a Premier League match. When we arrived at our reserved time, the table was not ready at all. Although we were seated within about 10 minutes, there were barely any menus available. Once we finally managed to get menus, ordering food and drinks turned into another frustrating experience. We were told food would take up to two hours, and so many drinks were unavailable that even ordering basic beverages was difficult. Our plan was simply to have dinner, enjoy a beer, and watch the match — but the entire evening was completely ruined. I’ve been to many pubs across the UK, and this was honestly the worst experience I’ve had. It was also the first time I’ve ever been charged a reservation fee at a pub, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Charging a booking fee while providing this level of service is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the security staff at the entrance were unnecessarily aggressive and unwelcoming, which left a very bad impression from the start. I will not be returning, and I would strongly advise against visiting this place as a group.

We had a brunch with Sharleen. She was absolutely amazing! Service was brilliant. Food is gorgeous. Sharleen was so lovely to us and treated us so well. There was a football game on while we were supposed to have our brunch. She let us start it after so that we would have the best time. She deserves a raise !!!!

Festive bottomless brunch was a big hit. Food was so nice ( the All the trimmings wrap was amazing! ) drinks were flowing. Special shout out to Georgia, our waitress who went above and beyond to make our night great.
