Langworthy Medical Practice, houses only the very best of staff. Excellent doctors. The support staff are absolutely superb. One almost forgets that the ladies whom answer the phones are not doctors themselves. They all show incredible kindness and sensitivity. Take the time, despite being rushed off their feet. They listen with care. Advise with compassion and knowledge. They are the reason I recommend this medical practice 100% We all know the current strain on our NHS. I had a beautiful experience. Emma did a very good job of explaning to me what and why we have the medical check up. She went ahead to explain some healthy eating and exercing tips and share some documents with me. Thank you.
Great service at the doctors today. Rang and third in the queue but spoke to receptionist after 6mins. Was able to take a picture to send to her of the area of concern and she showed it to doctor who said a routine appointment would be fine: Got back to me with 45 mins an Appointment made for two weeks hence. Great👍
