It was the first time in my life that I actually felt listened to by a GP. She gave me time it wasn’t just a quick two-minute appointment. You could really tell she was trying to help. Super friendly, very modern and with a holistic approach. I genuinely hope I can see her again in the future.
I had my very first NHS appointment at the University of Salford Health Centre recently and although I was nervous I found that that staff was incredibly kind and supportive. It did take me a minute to find the right place as it is on campus, but as soon as I found the correct floor and door it was easy to figure out how to sign myself in and where to take a seat to wait. Angela was incredibly kind and made me immediately comfortable. She explained everything well while I was there and ensured I had all the information I needed. I’m grateful to have had such a great experience as I’ve only ever had appointments in my home country and with private health care, although it was very different, it makes me feel good that I have access to such good health care.
University of Salford Health Centre has shown professionalism in all its dealings as much as I know. The lady that attended to me today was so nice. But I must also say that doctor Mitrovic has proven herself to be a professional in all ramifications in communication, medical procedures and otherwise. I love your team of health care professionals.
