Where to start? Half of the doctors don't listen, are rude, belittling and sexist and will just laugh at your problems or refuse to make referrals even if they can't treat you. If you want names- Dr Lyburn is extremely rude, condescending and just generally vile. Dr Badesha literally laughed at me over my skin problems. All the good doctors like Dr Ash seem to leave the practice. Most of the receptionist staff are extremely rude, then do their best to block you from making complaints. One of them tried to force me to give a personal reason for my visit to the GP and when I refused, I was refused an appointment. I was then gaslit by two reception staff over what happened. But I know for a fact phone calls are recorded so maybe they should start listening back to them if there is any confusion in their minds about what has happened. The practice constantly mess me around with my medication, saying they haven't received emails from my mental health team when they have clearly been sent. I have been left without medication and left on too low of a dose because of this. I will say the nurses are lovely and I don't take issue with any of them but unfortunately this isn't enough for me to stay at Sorrel Bank. Please find a different doctors practice if you are considering registering with this one, it's not worth it. I will be making a huge complaint about my treatment and then moving my whole family to a different GP practice. Edit: you will be able to see that the practice reponded to me suggesting I arrange an appointment with the practice manager. I did this. Practice manager did not bother to respond

I was a patient with this practice for over a year, I didn't have a problem with the gp I saw but found two of the receptionists very rude, one was a gentleman and the other a female who made sure I didn't speak by speaking over me. I feel these receptionists need training in customer service. I have changed gps now and found the receptionist like a breath of fresh air compared to sorrel bank.

I’m giving 5 stars ⭐️ NOT to the actual GP surgery itself as it has MANY issues but to a individual doctor Dr Hafeeez which I have seen a couple of times now and have found him to be very professional, polite, old school, he listened to my complaints with my health and he acted in a professional manner and he seemed to understand my situation in regards to my issues. He made me feel very comfortable and I felt like I was being looked after and dealt with properly and I HAVE NOT felt like that in a very long time within this GO surgery. It has changed a lot since DR FINNEGAN has left unfortunately.
