I had the worst experience ever! I ordered fries, veggie sandwich with cheese and a shake. I specifically told the server not to include mushrooms because I have an allergy, but she still added them. She also didn’t ask about sauces for it. On top of that, the veggie sandwich with cheese was undercooked. The food they served was terrible. The staff kept staring at us at all time and didn’t even take the order the way I requested. Please make sure customers with allergies are taken seriously—especially when they clearly mention it. I’ve attached the bill and a picture of the burger. Thank you for your time, but this was a disastrous experience, and I will never be visiting again.
Back after a while. It was even better than I remembered. They were so sweet with our kids and the burgers were the best!!! The friendliness, attention to detail and quality is just incredible. I love this place!!!
Ordered 2 cheese burgers. Staff on the tills looked like someone just ran over their dog. As for the food.. one of the worst 5 Guys burgers I have had, and I am a fairly regular customer. They took the best part of 20 minutes to make it despite the place being virtually empty. It was stone cold and wet. The burgers were dry but the bun was so soggy it fell to bits. Literally needed a knife and fork to eat it. I usually go to the one in the Trafford Centre but it was busy so ducked in here - what a mistake. Wont be returning for a second mugging.
