About
A chicken wing-focused eatery known for its variety of flavours, including original and spicy Korean options. The menu features boneless chicken, chips, and sweet potato fries, alongside milkshakes. The restaurant operates with a team of cashiers rather than self-service machines, and halal options are available. Portion sizes and ordering processes have been noted in reviews, with queues moving quickly during busier periods. The space includes background music, which some find loud. The emphasis is on freshly prepared dishes served in a straightforward, no-frills setting.
Customer Reviews
This experience was absolutely remorseful, I was enjoying my time at Trafford centre until I stopped into wing stop. Firstly when I got served, by a lady wearing a hijab. She asked for my order and I told her my order, she kept asking something that I couldn’t understand, I asked politely if she could repeat because of the blasting music in my ears, and she rudely gave up on me and told the next person to be served. How rude! Please fire to this employee. I had to line up all again just for my order to be taken and this lovely worker took my order, she was very kind and patient and was working at the end of the table. Please give this woman a raise. I came back later to get a milkshake and the rude woman side eyes me! Like what the sigma is this customer service! Please turn your speakers down, it had my ears backshotting all night.
Portion sizes are ridiculous for what you pay. The size of the wings are pointless for the name of the store. The service is forgetful, serving only have the order and then having to wait 20 mins for the rest of the food. Atmosphere is nothing more than a loud and noisy setting with music blasting in your ears.
Came in here on a Sunday at around 15:00. We hesitated as it was very crowded long queues. We went in anyway. The queue was going pretty quick. I noticed there wasn’t any self service touch screens. About 5 cashiers were taking orders. They weren’t messing about tho, the queue was going pretty quick. The girl asked whether it was our first time so she could explain the menu for us. We ordered and by the time we sat down, the order came to our booth. The quickest so far in my life. Fair play. Reason behind not giving five starts: The wings and tenders were a bit too oily. The burger bun wasn’t the best. The music playlist was very good for a fast food restaurant like this, but volume was a bit too disturbing. I would turn it down. Oh and I ordered Honey Mustard sauce as clearly seen in my receipt. But they brought this weird white garlicky sauce. Greatness is in details. Now the million dollar question, would I come back or no? Without a doubt yes. Good job keep it up. I might update my review if you do better next time.
