Customer Reviews
Absolutely disgusting experience, they take your money & give you nothing! Sure I received an email but the link was not present (see enclosed image for proof). Having emailed them 2 times already without reply I decided to try 1 last time. If they don't reply by Friday I want a full refund. Btw I was forced to rate 1 star otherwise I could not post my review. Otherwise I would have given 0 stars... it is clear to see why they can offer such cheap deals because customer services either does not exist or it's just 1 or 2 people that clearly don't know how to reply to an email!
Higher priced than a convenient store, they should rebrand it ‘high prices terrible customer service’ One of the staff member clearly hates their job as they’re always rude they couldn’t care less and they’re always on the phone to the mates Unfortunately, Google doesn’t let me leave WARNING post, so this ‘review’ will have to suffice. Also why is there a no option for zero stars?
WOW. There are two staff members, the larger weighted bloke lied to my face this morning saying the Evri machine isn't working... He said this to me twice before, but the other staff member always accepts parcels. So I challenged him on it. When asked for proof of the machine not working he stated I should've told him that I've already printed my labels (something he is supposed to ask me!). Then rudely scanned it, before not offering me the opportunity to add an email to the pick up - saying it will get sent automatically (it doesn't if you know Evri - as he knows). He then became defensive after I caught him out and tried to project that I was the one being rude. Absolute 🤡 The other dude is most polite by the way, I'm surprised this guy has a job given the multiple reviews about him.
