Bought two milkshakes at the branch in Odeon cinema in the Trafford Centre. What a waste of money. Couldn't purchase it from Benny and Jerry's, had to buy it from the touchscreen machine. The girl serving must have been new as she didn't really know what she was doing. She started making the first one then realised there was no milk so she had to go and get some milk from another department. That took a few minutes. When she returned with milk she had no scissors to open the bag of milk so had to go find some scissors so more minutes to wait. Finally she started making the two milkshakes. Three small scoops of ice cream blitzed into the milk and charged £6.35 for each large vanilla flavoured milk. Absolute rip off. That all took over 15 minutes and we nearly missed the start of the film we went to see. Don't waste your money. Absolute con. The poor girl had no support and was clearly new. Not her fault. Never buying anything from them again. Rip off merchants. Worst milkshakes ever. Gonna give the Odeon a miss too. Awful seats, no space. Horrible cinema.

Always been a decent place to have a meal but this time it was different. We went to the Capital Centre Frank and Benny’s in Preston My meal a pizza was ok but my wife’s was cold and my daughters was burnt to a crisp. So I had to eat my meal on my own as it took ages for the returned meals to come back. There was no real apology and my daughter said she thought one of the waitress was rude. We won’t be going back to this place again. There was a guy behind us complaining too about his food. I would avoid too as the prices are very high for what you get. I ordered a sweet a waffle with ice cream and cream on which was dry and tasteless.

Had such high hopes for this place. Ben and jerrys ice cream delivered but sadly both tubs tasted like they had been defrosted several times. Not everyone has the same hygiene standards sadly. Defrosted and refrozen food can actually kill people. Avoid at all costs
