La Fugassa is delivering wonderful food. The restaurant is founded and lead by very experienced chef from Italy who started his experience in 1998 in Italy. During staying in restaurant and eating food you will taste his great gift from God and experiments for cooking. Food is full hand made by Luca and his team. Some food they are preparing 48 hours! by during e.g. fermentation them self. Igreadiences used for food process are mainly from Italy: smell and taste absolutely gorgeous 🥳. I also had a dessert: iced coffe. I ate that good ice cream with this kind of flavour never before 👍. With perfect coffee it was heaven in my mouth! You can also drink here drinks for adults. This restaurant is delivering kind of Italian's food who nobody is serving in Great Manchester. I strongly recommend this restaurant to be visited not only once. You can also order food by Deliveroo, Just eat and Uber. Bone appetito 😀
Lovely little focaccia shop! Such friendly staff. We got the colosseum and mortazza. Really liked the latter as the pistachio spread really came through and you could really taste how fresh the ingredients are, for the price I just wish I had a little more filling! Overall worth a visit :) Also comes with a free drink with the lunch deal
Absolutely amazing people who work here. Luca is very friendly and communicative , he showed us great hospitality. He treated us to some incredible samplers they are working with. Wow, So much flavor!! I highly recommend this spot for any Sandwich lovers , what a hidden gem 💎 . Also, you get a nice view with the buildings outside. Everything they have is very delectable and is fresh. I wish you guys nothing but the best and I hope this place gets the attention it deserves ❤️
