What an exceptional little but genuinely authentic Italian food van. The delight of the smells of old Italian home cooked food was beautiful while I waited for my freshly cooked food. The Chef was absolutely amazing, funny and very welcoming which was great as well as having a good discussion with someone as passionate about food as myself. The quality and quantity of the food on offer here is refined but is a good cross section of Italian cuisine that is sure to get your tastebuds a flutter. The Focaccia Bread was devine, with just the right balance of tangy fresh tomato and salty spike of the Capers all in buoyant fresh Focaccia. The mouth watering Chicken Penne Pasta was the swansong to this whole encounter. With the charred grilled Chicken seasoned perfectly, a light but well coating sauce with the silky Olive's and fresh Cherry Tomatoes, made for taste sensation you wouldn't think of a food van. This has scored highly on my list of little gems and I would definitely recommend a detour to enjoy this mouthwatering experience.

Great little cabin serving breakfast and lunch baps and pasta dishes too. We arrived at just before 2pm hoping he'd still be open, which he was and had pasta dishes left! We got two portions of Bolognese with garlic bread and it was lush! And a bargain at £5 too for a big portion too. Next time I'm local at my offices there I'll be back! Didn't get a photo as I basically inhaled the food 😂
