Customer Reviews
I studied information systems management at Salford Business School and I must say that I had very good experience. It can be challenging if you do not reach out when you "hit a brick wall". The tutors are amazing as they go all out and make time to see you and discuss any challenges you might be having with school and yourself once you reach out to them. The coursework are quite engaging and interesting with opportunities to collaborate with fellow students to brainstorm on group work and ideas. The 24hrs library accessibility is a big plus for when you need to get on with assignments and projects and there is a great bunch of resource available online if you can't get to the library. I do recommend the Salford Business School to anyone looking to study business courses in the UK and am sure you will be glad you did.
As a final year Business Information Technology student at Salford Business School, I can say this is a great place to prepare yourself for the world out there. The staff is always friendly and will give you advice when needed. But most importantly, the projects students are involved throughout the years, form the base of an initial experience that helps them get into the employment or entrepreneurial world. Constant development is seen on campus which shows the university is working towards a great experience for future students.
I spent three years with Salford Business School, where i studied Business Information Systems and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I not only learnt a great deal but also got to work closely with some very inspiring people including lecturer Aleksej Heinze. I would certainly recommend studying their and the facilities at the new campus in Media City are well worth a look. I think one of the biggest plus points for me was the innovative approach where it was not just about learning in class rooms. The hands on projects without side businesses was invaluable. I have also been lucky enough to go back and work with some of the staff members on new projects.
