Staff stood talking at the desk for the entire duration of the morning, very loud and distracting and discussing other library sites and the issues they’re facing. Should be discussed in an office as clearly some topics discussed are confidential and certainly not at full volume when people are trying to concentrate on work and reading. Made it difficult to concentrate and focus on working at the computers. Left the library and moved to the Irlam library site as they are more respectful of the users of the library.
The citizens advice bureau is there on a Tuesday morning be there around 9 am because it gets busy very polite staff and appreciated the advice I received 10 out of 10
CHECK opening times,phone to make sure,a few web sites still show wrong hours ......NOT open on wednesday or friday.
