I do not recommend booking online. The barrier did not open despite having a reservation, so I had to take a ticket to enter and was charged twice. Customer service was helpful and I did receive a refund after emailing them, but the system clearly doesn’t work properly. Also, this is quite an expensive car park — £26 per day.
Steer clear. I pre booked 6pm til 11:30am. I wanted to stay a little longer and read the signs that clearly stated “Rates as above to a maximum of £26.00 for any 24 hour period. Please note, the rate you receive on entry endures for your entire visit.” There was no attendant to speak to so I went with what the sign said. A day later I was charged an addition £9.60. Even though I hadn’t stayed more than 24 hours. I paid £31 in total. Daylight robbery for less than 24 hours parking. Also I wouldn’t say it was much safer than any other car park as the glass doors were wide open when we left and when we arrived. And stank of urine I regret not going with euro car parks which is a third of the price!
Pre booked arrived expecting to find a space straight away like it's said in the email but it took over 40 minutes to find a parking spot, the place is taken up mainly by electric car or reserved corporate spots, there is only about 6 VIP pre booked spots which were already taken. People were parked all over the place blocking people in, definitely won't be using this place again £30 and spent most of the time waiting on the side or getting dizzy by going round in circles if I hadn't of pre booked I would of gone somewhere else instead
