Does anyone know how to contact My Parking Space? The phone number listed doesn't work and my email to them has bounced back. Be careful as the app has taken my payment of £13.14 twice so £26.28 to park for about 3 hours. Still persevering to contact them
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with YourParkingSpace. I originally paid for a 3-month season ticket while working temporarily in Manchester. I stopped working there at the end of November and have not used the car park since. Without any clear reminder or warning, £337.50 was taken from my account on 31 December due to an automatic renewal. I contacted customer services immediately, explained that I no longer work in Manchester, no longer use the service, and would not be using it at all during the renewed period. Despite this, I was told a refund was not possible due to a rolling contract and 30-day notice policy — even though the service will go completely unused and the charge was substantial. I find this approach unreasonable and unfair, particularly given: • No meaningful renewal reminder for a high-value charge • No use of the service before or after renewal • No consideration of consumer fairness or proportionality I have now raised a formal complaint and am seeking resolution before escalating further via Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. This situation could have been resolved easily with a refund, but instead has caused unnecessary stress and financial hardship. I would not recommend this service based on how this matter has been handled. The car park its self also is dirty and has had vomit, excrement and pee on the stairs at times. Affordable but it is dirty.
Excellent car park. Parking spaces nice size. Location ideal, close to Arndale centre. Easy to pre book online or using the app. Only reason for four stars rather than 5 is no lift.
