Brilliant customer service I had a problem where my S22 ultra wasn't charging they said it was probably fluff inside the port and bring it down, I asked how much it would be and they said there would be no charge. I was suprise, I went in and true to their word 5 mins later my phone was sorted at no charge. Amazing 😃

Mike and hes team at mobilezone ECCLES, dont only fix, sell, phones, etc they actually care and take time to talk to people not to make a sell but because they genuinely care. Theirs always a warm welcome and a hot drink offered, and if ur feeling a bit down I guarantee you would get a cuddle of mike or Lauren or Alex.... the nicest people who genuinely do care, I wouldn't go anywhere else. ##MOBILEZONE ECCLES##
