We stopped off here briefly on our free walking tour around this area of central Manchester and our guide gave us a potted history of this piece of student artwork commemorating the Vimto soft drink invented in this town. The weirdly fashioned fruits surrounding the Vimto bottle indicate what is used in making this special soft drink. Mildly interesting...
Step off the train and visit where our favourite drink was first brewed, lovely monument!
It was a great experience. There are a few benches you can sit enjoy the view and reflect.
