The stunning new Apple Store at the Trafford Centre is such a welcomed addition to the mall and the city. The design of the store is so modern and fresh; there are plenty of areas to check out the latest Apple products, from iPhone to iPad, from the MacBook Pro to Vision Pro, and much more. There’s also comfortable seating where you can sit back and relax, use the WiFi and charge your phone. The light oak wood from floor to ceiling gives off a serene vibe, which I love. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure the customer leaves happy. I’ve had a couple of Genius Bar appointments and online order pick-ups since the store re-opened after their relocation, and I’ve always had good and reliable service without having to sit and wait for too long. The areas around the store for the Genius Bar, for order pick-up and everything else are clearly signposted. The layout puts the customer first, so you don’t have to spend too long here and it allows you to get in and out of the store as soon as possible. With the store being open late too, due to being inside the Trafford Centre, I find it much easier getting an appointment here than at their city centre location, so that makes it pretty handy too.

When to touch the new 2025 launched iPhone 17 air ultra thin. Was very impressed but very doubtful it’s going to be strong enough so will wait a year before buying. The actual store is large and luxurious, great place to test out stuff

I visited the Apple Store Trafford Centre to address an issue with my MacBook keyboard, which had stopped working and required a replacement. From the outset, the experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived for my appointment on time, yet the technician was approximately 10 minutes late. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay, which immediately set a poor tone for the interaction. The overall customer service was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked any meaningful attempt to understand or resolve my issue. I was told that my Mac “had no value” and that there was no way for me to access my data unless I paid £591 + VAT for a keyboard replacement. I was also informed that there was absolutely no workaround to log into my device, and that all options were closed until I paid for the repair. This was communicated poorly and without empathy, leaving me frustrated and feeling completely shut down. Technician started talking rubbish saying that the Mac was reset and all accessories cannot be identified. What made this experience even more unacceptable is that once I returned home, I connected my Mac to an external monitor and used an external keyboard. I was able to unlock and access my laptop immediately—proving that the information I was given in-store was incorrect. Being told there was “no way around” accessing my Mac was simply untrue. The lack of technical competence, combined with the dismissive attitude and pressure to pay an excessive repair cost, made this one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I expected far better from Apple. This visit left me frustrated, misinformed, and deeply disappointed. I would strongly advise others to seek a second opinion before accepting such advice or costs from this location.
