I was in the market for a Gaming PC and had a spec sheet in mind but didn't know where to start, I looked online at the websites which offer to build your own PC but didn't fancy the lottery when it comes to delivery and build quality. I wanted a more local and personalised touch. Mel's was local to me so I popped in and spoke to Phil who was a great fountain of knowledge, he took my spec sheet, tweaked it slightly for the better and offered to build the whole thing for me at a very reasonable cost. He kept me up to date on the build throughout and was more than happy to answer any questions I had after I picked it up. 100% would recommend Mel's Computer Care, everyone in there is very helpful and knowledgeable, thanks guys!

I went to Mels for a new laptop in order to get the upcoming Windows 11. I took my old Lenovo Yoga one in, (which I'd had for 12yrs.) They had various sizes of laptops in store, and I chose a new HP Laptop 14inch screen and Mels did all the transferring of my files, etc, over a couple of days. They were extremely professional, understanding, and very helpful. They even came to my house, as part of the deal, to set it up for me, with the printer and scanner and showed me how things worked. It was an amazing service. I would highly recommend Mels Computers.
