I had a great experience and would return again. I would only improve upon conversation and communication mainly about payment in cash only and how much it would be upfront to avoid issues. Some brushes were not cleaned before used on me, lots of dust on surfaces. Overall the nails I got and service was great, having more small talk would be nice but isn’t required. The light doesn’t do my nails justice as they are truly holographic.
Worst nail salon ever! I was visiting my sister during the holidays. I visited Media City Nails for 1st time on NYE, the wait was nearly hour. The lady who did my nails was really terrible, I explained the shape I wanted, she ruined the shape of my nails she filed them wonky and filed some shorter than others! She completely ruined my nails. Ontop of that she cut my the same finger not once, not twice but three times. She had put the gel on so thick and lumpy. In the end I had to ask another lady to start them again! By this point the nails were so bad I had to have them fully soaked off and start again. I was deeply upset she ruined my nails. I was in the nail shop for 4 and half hours should have been out in two! I was charged full price for this awful service!! The nails were redone by another colleague the colour was not the colour I asked for the shape was not good!
One of the worst services I’ve ever experienced. The wait time was over an hour. Staff vaping in front of customers. The person who served me was also extremely short-tempered and rude which made me leave the salon early without the finished design I wanted. Absolutely no respect for their paying customers who want to have a nice experience. I had been a customer for two years and will definitely not be returning.
