Came to get my nails done on New Year’s Eve, have no problem waiting for my turn as I understand it will be busy during holidays. Lady that did my nails started off ok, but keep complaining that I wasn’t relaxing my hand even though I was. Wasnt too fussed after nails been done really quickly as there was a queue. However, nail quality was shocking. I did an infill and cateye design, third day into my nails and they started cracking and breaking off. Middle finger was swollen and snapped in half. I was horrified, has to go somewhere and get it removed and rested before having it redone. Never happened to me ever I’ve been doing my nails for a few years. Have visited a few times now, but have to leave feedback as I feel it would improve the overall salon experience. This comes from someone who often does not have the means to get their nails done, so it’s always an exciting opportunity for me. Usually, the nails are done to a high standard, and the nail techs do a very thorough job. They are very fast. The man with the man bun is really lovely. However, every time I have visited with the intention to get a design, I feel pressured into just getting one colour as it’s less work to do / quicker. Some staff aren’t very enthusiastic about what you want doing, and I always felt awkward asking for something I really wanted whether that be design/shape. I have also enquired about designs in the past and discussed the service beforehand, and when I turn up I’ve had to explain the whole design again. The last 3 times I have visited, I’ve shown a reference photo and the result has been noticeably different, which is so disappointing. I will be going to a solo nail tech that enjoys doing designs in the future. Just needs a more personal touch.

It was impressive how they promptly recognized my booking made via Instagram and addressed me by name without delay. When I presented the design picture I had in mind, the team effortlessly understood my vision. Even when I struggled with choosing matching colors, their insightful suggestions were incredibly helpful. The patience and attentiveness displayed by the nails therapist were commendable and greatly appreciated. Having experienced various nail shops, I can confidently say that this establishment stands out as the epitome of excellence. My search for the perfect nails shop ends here – I'm delighted to have found a place I can wholeheartedly commit to.
