Went in to Thomas Carter Opticians for my annual eye check as I’d been having trouble with computer screens at work. The test was really thorough and everything was explained clearly. I was fitted for new glasses on the spot and they were ready within the week. I received a message on a Saturday to say there were ready and was able to visit the same day to make sure they fitted perfectly. Everyone there was really friendly and helpful – overall a great experience.
