I can’t recommend Pop Specs highly enough! After my toddler managed to break my glasses I needed a new pair quickly and was so impressed with the service received at Pop Specs. Lina was able to find my prescription, assisted me with selecting new frames, and had my new glasses ready in 20 minutes - at a fraction of the price I’ve been paying elsewhere. Very friendly, professional and a real personal touch with the service. I’ll definitely be back in the future and will be recommending you to everyone i know! Thanks so much!

We visited Pop Specs at the Trafford Centre today and had a fabulous experience. Lina and Daniel were brilliant - genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly patient. They helped us understand why it was so important my husband actually needed glasses, explained his prescription and helped him pick out the perfect frame. Nothing felt rushed despite how quick and efficient the service was. They truly care about their customers and are passionate about the service they provide. Professional, honest, and welcoming throughout. We’ll definitely be returning and I recommend Pop Specs to others especially those of you who have no patience for these things like my husband. Can’t thank them enough!!!

Couldn't be happier with the experience and service I received at the Meadowhall Pop Specs! I wanted to get lenses for a frame i brought online for mums birthday that was discontinued and after finally locating it I rang Pop Specs to ask if they could provide the lenses on the day without mum being there as I wanted it to be a surprise. They were extremely accommodating and I got all her measurements from the opticians she usually goes to and brought a copy of her prescription and they were very helpful and polite. Akaisha answered the phone and answered all my questions and concerns and gave me the number to send my prescription to so she could check if they had the lenses in stock before I came down to save time and me a journey. It was a pleasure speaking to her and she made everything so easy and smooth. I then came into store and got them glazed by Sean who was just as lovely and super efficient and glazed and fitted the lenses within 10 minutes! (They quote upto 20). I signed a waiver and was guided through the entire process and Sean even stated that if there was any issues with the glasses after I could come back with mum and he could take his own measurements and change lenses without charge which was super thoughtful considering it was a risk I chose so I was happy to pay again although they are perfect and knew they would be as i work in optics and mum is very pleased. I even came back on the same day to look for a frame for dad as I knew his was broken and he was due a new one and Shami and Sean were exceptionally supportive and eager to help find the right size and shade i was looking for and looked through all the drawers. We didnt end up finding the frame but Shami wrote down what I was looking for and took my number to send me photos of the stock they receive daily which was going above and beyond. I did end up leaving but returning with a frame from somewhere else but came back here for the lenses as the quality is amazing, the service is fast and the team are everything you could ask for. They glazed those glasses within 10 minutes too and Sean even gave me a Pop Specs case which is super lightweight and a perfect fit and size for a bag, not too bulky and hard which was great considering i came without a case. The cleaning cloth they also provide is super great quality and thicker than other opticians ive been too and they provide lenses with Anti Reflection which I didnt expect as I usually get told whether I want standard hardcoat or Anti Reflection which usually costs more but didnt and was including in the price! I would definitely be coming back here in future and recommending to all and im super grateful to the team for making not only my day but my parents to!
