Customer Reviews
Really don’t like this opticians every time I go to get my glasses looked at because they keep losing the sponge protector that sits on each side of my nose keeps needing to be replaced . The staff are never doing anything other than sitting on there phones or searching stuff on the lap top , there not helpful or pleasant they make you feel like your being a nuisance . Visited very recently & it was obvious the staff member had this flu virus , she kept coughing , sniffing & blowing her nose but not washing her hands . When she wasn’t doing the above she was touching her nose & chewing her fingers as you can appreciate all of the above HUGE germ spreaders . I have a really low immune problem so I was not happy about what I saw . Very inconsiderate for people who have health problems not to mention this flu strain quiet dangerous for the young / elderly . DISGUSTED to be perfectly honest .
Great service today from Zara. Took a pair of glasses I had bought 18mths ago, needed a small alteration to the frame. Completed there and then, no problem, by Zara.
The actual optician himself was the best i've have experienced. The staff however know less about glasses than timpsons do. Rude, useless and unhelpful staff really let down a top optometrist.
