Best Opticians! The staff were incredible- friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. My eye test was very thorough, and I never felt rushed. Everything was explained clearly and professionally. The personalised frame selection and lens options was excellent, the staff really knew what would work for my prescription, my face shape, and what I wanted from my new glasses. 100% recommend!
I had not had my eyes tested for several years and had started to notice a difference. I booked in for an eye examination. Every single person I interacted with was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Mr Patel was personable and spent a long time getting it right, showing me the images of my eyes and explaining everything clearly and concisely. With assistance, I chose and ordered my new glasses there and then and they were ready within 2 weeks. When I returned to collect them, Mr Patel spent time with me making sure they were right. Excellent service all round and I would recommend for that personal touch. Mike
