About

This car park is centrally located, making it a convenient option for those visiting the city. It accommodates various vehicle types, including larger vans, though height restrictions apply. Payment is processed via an app or at machines on-site, and cameras monitor the area for security. While it serves as a practical parking solution, some visitors have noted challenges with payment systems and signage, so it’s advisable to double-check details when using the facility. Its proximity to key city spots makes it a straightforward choice for short-term stays.

Avoid all all this parking. I spend 40 minutes in phone to pay for my parking ticket because it's only app to use . When you try registering account no verification code coming through back. Never again!!

I want to share my experience with NCP, which I found very frustrating. I paid for three hours of parking using my bank card and have proof of payment, yet I still received a Parking Charge Notice. This was very upsetting because I had followed all the rules, paid correctly, and even only used part of the time I paid for. Even after paying the fine to avoid further issues, I felt the charge was completely unfair and should not have been issued in the first place. The appeals process is confusing — initially, I submitted an appeal online, but when I wanted to add more information, I was told I had to email them instead. It’s frustrating that there isn’t a simple, clear way to add additional details to an existing appeal. I understand mistakes can happen, but receiving a fine when you have proof of payment feels like poor management and can cause unnecessary stress. I hope NCP improves their system to prevent situations like this in the future, because it really shouldn’t be this complicated or stressful for someone who has already paid correctly.

Paid £25 for 24 hours for a Transit van to park up. Received a £100 fine in the post a few weeks later, appealed to NCP who refused the case with no detail as to why? Feels very unfair and left heavily out of pocket
