The dealers keep the games running smooth (even if they occasionally deliver my bad beats with suspiciously good poker faces), and the atmosphere is buzzing without being over the top. It’s classy, fun, and always keeps me coming back – sometimes a winner, sometimes not, but always entertained.
Sure the security guy said his name was ABBA’s my partner used to work here he was still inside playing I needed a taxi asked for help with ordering a taxi and he helped no problem made sure taxi came to correct place even type the place in to my phone after I asked. For help ( I had 1 to many ) I didn’t win but no need to burst my bubble and write a bad review I spent around £600 came out a loss ! Staff reasonably accommodating even the cleaner watched my (drink ) as I needed the toilet and had just put £50 into the slot machine and was playing I just wanted someone to watch over my drink and machine , he did it no questions asked I came out down more money then I went in but I had a great night and enjoyed myself can’t always write a bad review because we can’t always win ! But stafff 1000% will say are accommodating❤️ and make sure everyone walks out happy , 235 ! I will visit again ! Hopefully this time I will win but it’s just draw of the luke have see to many time people crying and writing bad reviews over coming out a loss !
went for a few drinks in the bar after having a meal at James martins restaurant situated in the casino made myself a member(which I heartedly recommend), gota free drink voucher and 10%of food and drink which is a nice Billy bonus in Manchester ,had a large selection of drinks the bar staff were excellent and prices for food and drink reasonable , toilets are spotless ,if you r a bit put off by the casino vibe don't be you can have a nice relaxing drink and chat and get pleasantly drunk,love it here
