About

This multi-storey car park is a convenient option for visitors to Spinningfields, particularly those heading to nearby venues like Aviva Studios. It operates a cashless system with payment via app or machine, though queues for the latter can form at busy times. Spaces are reasonably sized, and the car park is considered more secure than nearby open-air alternatives. Payment windows vary, with signs indicating different time limits, so checking details is advised. The barrier-free entry and exit allow for smooth access, though some note the lifts and general upkeep could be improved. Receipts are provided for payments made.

Handily located for Aviva Studios and a hell of a lot more secure than the open air car parks located nearby, if their reviews are anything to go by. Queue for the one ticket machine on return was stupidly long so elected to return to my car and pay online after exiting. Glad I did because it took half an hour to exit the car park. It was evening though so was just charged the flat dusk rate of £12.50 which is reasonable for a city centre car park. Would have cost 3 times as much for a similar length stay in daytime which is not so reasonable.

Easy to get around. Spaces decent sizes. Clear signage on parking being CASHLESS ONLY and pay by app at the end as you leave, so it's very hassle-free. My white car is on an end spot and I did have to get out on the passenger side but I had left the driver next to me plenty of space to be fair so I didn't get bumped accidentally.

All seemed well when I saw the sign by my parked car saying I could pay within 72 hours. But on the way out another sign by the entrance said 24 hours to pay. When on the website paying it said 48 hours to pay. I contacted them via their website as they don't publish an email (very unprofessional) and got no reply so am none the wiser.
