A modern garden, easily accessible to the public. In fact it hard to avoid if you are walking through Media City! It is extremely different from the Wood Lane version I grew up with, but a welcome piece of greenery in its high rise, glass 21st century environment. I would recommend it isn't the only place you should visit here
The stunning surroundings of MediaCityUK and the Salford Quays area are explored in the Blue Peter Garden which was initially designed for the well-known British children's television program Blue Peter.
Was a pleasant surprise to see this on my visit to the Coronation Street tour. I’ve been a fan of Blue Peter from a young age & never expected to come across this at Media City. A great thing for fans of the show both old and new so be sure to check it out!
