Another person failing to read the reviews before parking.. paid £13 for 12 hours. Left within timeframe. Got £100 fine for 'not paying'. Sent a dispute, got rejected because their machine doesn't work and doesn't print registration details properly! They even spelt browncross wrong on the ticket?! Sent another letter saying that the inputting of registration was a 'major keying error' when it's a minor.. amd charged me £20 for 'administration' to lift the fine. I dont know how they are aloud to continue business. Absolute scam artists.
Im have opened a dispute case with the car park management company for issuing me a fine when I have proof of purchasing the ticket. If they don't resolve this dispute in a co-operative way as other people giving similar reviews seem to have experienced then I will be taking this up with the police and local council.
Even 1 star is too much for this car park. Like many others, I had the misfortune to park here and received a PCN for not having a valid ticket as the ticket machine truncated my reg number (even though I purchased a ticket, provided it as evidence and monies left my bank account). ECP appears to have previous/current across the country - do yourself a favour and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
