About
This two-storey car park is centrally located near the shopping centre, providing convenient access to local shops and amenities. It features ample parking spaces, including designated disabled and parent bays, as well as a pick-up/drop-off area. The car park is known for its free three-hour parking period, making it a practical choice for quick shopping trips or leisure visits. A lift is available for accessibility, and the car park is generally considered a safe place to leave your vehicle. While it can get busy during peak times, it remains a popular option for those visiting the town centre.
Customer Reviews
It's a 2 storey car park which has plenty of spaces on an average day. Obviously at peak times especially the weekends it gets very busy and spaces are limited. It has plenty of disabled and parent spaces and a pick up/drop off point. Parking is free up to 3 hours. After that you have to pay. Cash is not accepted. You have to pay by card or use the app which is displayed on the wall. A few issues. The entry/exit is extremely tight, so if a car is coming in and one is leaving one of them pretty much has to stop. One of the lifts to the 2nd floor seems to always be out of order or last year had a homeless guy sleeping in it. Or if it snows or gets icy they just decide to close the top level rather than grit the ramp.
Stupid set up full of people who cant drive. No places for work veichles access constantly being asked to move van. Would not recommend until your in retirement then this is the perfect place
the security is horrible doesnt answer phone calls doesnt focus on actual problems like sexual harassment and only focuses on kids causing doing nothing wrong
