Watched an interesting video posted by one of a relatively small group of top class auditors in the UK who wished to film the site using a drone. The lady auditor, who is always immensely polite and helpful, had an excellent interaction with a equally polite and professional bespectacled security officer on the front gate. A great start for Think Park even if they were planning on consulting with police - that's fair enough if they are uncertain of the legalities. Unfortunately, a poorly informed heavily set bespectacled man in a blue hoodie with a thinkmoney logo on it emerged and started to try and bully and intimidate the lady, even though she was on the public pavement outside of their property and jurisdiction. The man even demanded the woman present ID, something not even the police can legally demand; he then started insulting her and swearing before leaving. Moments later, a late middle-aged woman with a ponytail wearing a blue waterproof jacket came out, her name was Angela. Angela started telling the experience drone pilot what they could or couldn't do, even though the auditor is a highly experienced drone pilate. The lady was rude and also entirely wrong as regards her 'advice'. Angela retreated back inside her business premises before coming back out and intruding into the pilot's personal space and trying to intimidate them despite it being technically illegal to interfere with a drone pilot mid flight. Angela's behaviour continued in this vein for several minutes. Angela's behaviour toward someone outside, in public, conducting their lawful activity was unprofessional, uncalled for, intrusive and aggressive. Eventually, when Angela's attempts to bully the drone pilot into submission failed she retreated back onto her business premises. Both the heavy set man and in particular Angela, who was clearly committing a Section 5 public order offence, need to disciplined and in the latter case dismissed. A thoroughly unpleasant experience for the drone pilot from staff who represented the business they work for in the worst possible light. If this company allows staff to accost members of the law-abiding public in a public space, just imagine how they would treat you as a client/customer when there is no independent witness in the form of the body-worn camera the pilot uses for personal safety, overseeing their behaviour. Absolutely shocking.

Must be a terrible place judging by the way their workers speed in and out of here with little to no regard of pedestrians or cyclists passing. If management see this, please provide a new highway code for everyone to read during their breaks. Not a one off issue so needs sorting before someone is injured or killed.
