Visited today and the doctor is very kind and helpful, the pharmacists are also very efficient :) Had to wait a little but did not mind!
Male pharmacist misgendered me twice calling me Mr and Sir even though my prescription request stated my gender is female. He was deliberately cruel by continuing to call me Mr and Sir despite me telling me how upsetting being misgendered is. He then rang me back repeatedly and called me sir again.
I don't get prescriptions from there bit always have over the counter stuff always helpful and polite
