On multiple occasions the same man who I believe to be the owner has been nothing but useless and rude with a total lack of customer service. This individual works in a post office however can’t provide any information or clarification regarding postage, labels, systems etc.. the shelves are empty and the store dirty. Why run a business if you can’t deliver a basic standard of customer service?
Regular user of this post office (every weekday) and have never had a bad experience. I often require a large amount of letters to be scanned, which takes time but Asif N is super fast and diligent. Super happy to have this good service down the road from me. Thanks !!
