Card machine has been "broken" for over 6 months with no sign of being fixed. Incredibly unreliable opening hours - I work full time and have twice this week turned up to a closed pharmacy despite being within their opening hours. I tried to ring ahead multiple times to confirm opening times with no success. I will say that the staff have always been lovely and helpful. Have had to change to another pharmacy further away as it is too unreliable and antiquated.

Used to be OK but not anymore been in decline over the past two years since malik left. The issues i have, are two fold: 1, They have took away the card contact less card machine for the past 3 months and keep getting excuses, that it is broken but since found out from the staff that they aren't getting it back due to the costs? They charge 30p for every £1 transaction. Thats not how you run a business in this modern day cashless society. 2, Also, they are hardly ever open. They still live in the dark ages and close every Wednesday afternoon from 12pm? They are closed every Saturday and Sunday when people who don't get time to visit due to work commitments. This chemist for me and my family has become very inconvenient and have decided to move our medicational prescriptions to Malcolms in Urmston. We can live with this but I feel for the elderly residents, who rely on this chemist and can't commute to Urmston town centre on a whim. Very disappointing.

Been using this pharmacy for the past 5 years since I moved to the area. Staff are kind and caring, but also very professional. They've taken a look at my baby on a couple of occasions without an appointment when I wanted a second opinion which I really appreciate. Any issues have been few and far between and managed quickly and efficiently. It's important to have a pharmacy nearby and I'm very happy with this one!
