Kielder Square is one of the chain of estates in St. James Park in Salford. It is a large, private and gated (three-storey) courtyard. Designed in a rectangular form, creating a beautiful quadrangle within the compound from the entrance. It boasts of a residents sauna, gym, parking space, and balconies. The building itself doesn't look new or necessarily flamboyant, but the environment is well groomed, tidied and taken care of. Kielder Square is on Eccles New Road, very close to bus and tram links and shares close proximity with Salford City Centre and the Media City. I love the greenery within the quadrangle. It has a relatively quiet seat out where one can even set up a barbeque. Something tells me that summer would be beautiful here. Lol.
My friend lives here and I visited it today. Fantastic building style and very safe.
It's a good place to live at, safe, gated community that also happens to be pet and family friendly. It's nice and quiet, even though it's by a main road and the maintenance staff are very friendly and diligent, as I always see them cleaning and making sure the building looks nice and presentable.
