Rubbish building. There is water leakage from upstairs and no one fixed it. The ceiling is damaged after I moved out and the whole apartment was wet. The problem was reported in May but nothing was done, resulting in a worse situation. The quality of this building is setting up a new standard. Not to buy & rent.
The new building manager is so lovely. Is always approachable and is always there to help if something needs doing. Such a chatty lady, always stops for a chat when in passing. Has helped out so much with the apartments since joining us a few months ago. She makes it such a lovely atmosphere.
Building is okay but there nothing special about it . I lived here for two years , the problem is that it is a messy building. And safety is 0, anybody can get inside easily, concierge is a bit useless last few weeks. My door fob was not working. I asked the concierge to give me the access but he was like the manager is not here so I can’t give you the access , the what’s your benefit? I don’t recommend living there. And some properties managements that provide apartments in this building are terrible, can’t mention them, but I worked with two and both were very bad, especially the second one, my contract has finished since days, and they don’t even know that my contract has ended and they’re still asking me to pay them the rent for the next month! Despite my contract has expired with them.
