A big store with easy access, parking, nearby shops, and bus stops. Most of the time there are fewer queues, and it’s full of fresh fruit, vegetables, and other goods. The staff are very cooperative and friendly. Overall, such an amazing place!
Bought two packs of chicken wings from this Aldi store and both were spoilt on opening, despite being within the use-by date. See photos and receipt attached. There was a strong unpleasant smell and the chicken was clearly not safe to eat, so it had to be thrown away. Very disappointing experience, especially as food safety is non-negotiable. I’d appreciate a refund and hope this is looked into to prevent it happening again.
Okay for grocery shopping, but Customer Service needs major improving. Yeah, the people in the area aren’t always calm, but doesn’t mean that you have to take it out on everyone else? Especially when it comes to returns and refunds: don’t cheat customers out of their money, and think can get away with it!!
