Nothing to do with the company, but this store is dreadful. I love herons foods, but the staff in this place are so rude. I witnessed 3 staff lose their temper and laugh at an elderly man who was clearly hard of hearing, tutting at him and shouting at him. After looking at the traffic and target audience of the area, I can imagine you get a lot of the older generation here, and it makes me wonder if this is how you treat them all?
It was very clean, and had good a good choice of products at reasonable prices.
I love Heron Foods. I wouldn't use it instead of a normal supermarket but have some really nice stuff. I especially go when they have the baby food in as its alot cheaper than the supermarkets. For example the Heinz 1+ foods are 2 for £1 where it's £2 just for one in supermarkets I've also bought baby porridge of 39p each or 69p each and then the tubs of porridge which are normally £3 in supermarkets are £1 so saves me a heck of alot of money. They don't have baby food in all time though its one of those once its gone its gone and then they will bring stuff back in a month or so.
