A great run club. Beginners meet 6.30pm on Mondays. And improvers (5km+) meet 6.30pm on Wednesday. Great support and nice coaches.
This club is super friendly and supportive. I have been attending almost 2 months and always feel very welcome by coaches and other club goers. The coaches are super supportive and always on hand for a good dose of motivation. They cater for all levels of fitness. The coaches are well trained and knowledgeable. They always take into account any health concerns and personal injuries. I'm so glad I found this group, if I could give it more than 5 stars I would.
I went along to Stretford MileShy in May 2022 to join the Couch to 5k intake. My plan was to complete the 9 week course and then go off on my own. Two years later I’m still part of the group. Everyone is very friendly and the coaches are great. All abilities catered for and no one gets left behind.
