Booked for an early hours trip to the airport. Taxi arrived bang on time, clean car and a very pleasant and professional driver. We also used them for the return trip, which the driver even did a couple of small diverts to miss a few hold ups. Still at the quoted fix price. We'd never had a pick up at T2 and the driver even explained on where I needed to go. Great communication with both bookings. Pleasant, professional and courteous drivers. We will definitely be using them again for our next trip.
Used for the first time early September for an airport run and they turned up a few minutes early, which was good. Today I rang when at airport for journey back home and driver was there to pick me up within 5 minutes of me getting to pick-up point. Lovely driver who carried my very heavy suitcase to my front door. Will definitely be using you again. Thanks
A few weeks ago, I called to book a taxi to take 6 of us into town in the morning. I am not from the area so I wasn’t sure on what time to book the taxi? As we had a reservation at 12.30pm and I wasn’t sure on how long due to traffic in the area? I never write reviews, but the man on the switchboard was so so rude! I just feel I had to! He was the most impatient person ever? Why have someone like him on a taxi contact? His attitude was disgraceful! And also before he picked up the phone the 2nd time he was clearly speaking not very nice to another colleague? Whoever owns this company needs to take this man off the phones IMMEDIATELY! He is impatient and very rude and I’m more than sure I’m not the only customer he’s lost you
