Scammers. Pre-booked for a quote of £23-27, credit card pre-authorised for £37. Cab turned up, driver said it was a cash only trip, it wasn’t pre-booked and it was going to be minimum £50. I phoned the office, they denied any knowledge of a pre-booking (I had a reference number) and said I’d have to pay the driver in cash. Driver threatened to turf us out in the middle of a place we didn’t know unless we agreed to pay in cash. Criminals! Do not use! Please, just do not use!!
Shocking service, booked for a specific time yet driver arrived 10 minutes late, and then at the end of the journey charged us £10 more than the price we agreed upon. Do yourselves a favour and get an uber instead of this shambles of a company
Booked a taxi yesterday for today for 8:55am and they showed up at 9:06!! I needed to be someone for 9:30am. I told the driver and he had no clue my ride was pre-booked. Says they try to get to people as soon as they can. Well why have the option to pre book??? Then I was charged £2 more than was I was quoted on the phone. I was late and had no time to argue the toss. Never again!!!
