Bought myself a model kit as this vendor was the only one in the uk that had it in stock. Payment was super easy, tracking info came through almost instantly and was dispatched the next morning. Great ship. Very small. Park on Elm Grove Road next to the shop as its on a main road. Selection is great. Plenty of Gundam, armoured core, tools and other anime figures. Prices seemed very reasonable. One of the very few physical retailers in the UK. I spent £7 on the Destiny and £11 on the Zaku II
This was my first time buying from them. I think that price is reasonable and shipping was quick. However, I was pretty disappointed with the delivered parcel. The outer box was badly crumpled, and it also looks like the crumpled zone pushed and tore the Gunpla box inside. I have already tried reaching out to the company. I hope that they will get back to me and discuss about some kind of partial compensation/refund as I have paid full price for an item with damaged box, which I can no longer use as a gift.
