I asked Michelle to prepare a box for me for Christmas. I explained what I liked to read and what my likes/dislikes were and gave a budget. Michelle promptly put together a beautiful box, wrapped in a lovely ribbon which I was able to open on Christmas Day as a present to myself. To say I was thrilled was an understatement. The care with which she prepared the box went above and beyond. The book is right up my street and I got a little book diary and pen too (pictured). I can highly recommend this service and the bookshop in general.
Gorgeous independent bookshop. We are so lucky to have this in our neighbourhood! My kids and I love browsing here, the snacks are interesting and tasty, and lovely cuppas. I am really enjoying not having to rely on Amazon to buy books easily. Good place to get kids’ presents with toys and games for sale too and beautiful cards. Michelle is lovely and has also helped me with book suggestions when I couldn’t find quite what I was looking for.
I always love going to B for Butterfly Bookstore! Somehow, I always see a book that catches my eye; Michelle has a knack for that. The book club is held at the store, there’s book signings there and even coffee … SOLD!!!!! It’s suitable for all ages and tastes and there’s a nice vibe. You could maybe stop by on a late night opening on your way for a Chinese take away or the pub as it’s situated in a great spot.
