Vehicle booked in the day before for repairs , arrived 7.30 am following day but enterprise had no record, but good on them that got it in within half an hour of my arrival and carried out the repair and got me back on the road within 2 hours. Would have given them 5 stars if they had a record of the booking.
Had an appointment Monday AM which I could not attend, new appointment Wednesday 2-30pm, I arrived early and was dealt with straight away. Couple of faults found to do with my lights, all sorted in 10 minutes. Excellent staff and hopefully won't have to keep going back but if I do I know they will sort it. Fantastic service, I am so glad we changed from Northgate, nothing but problems with them. 5⭐
They sorted my company van change promptly after 1st ( no ) service. / they just deleted 2 repairs ( check injections, check air polution system )that time.
