Amazing experience. Such an easy process too book (in minutes), the lady on reception was so friendly and we had the key in minutes too. You collect the key from a key safe (indoors) and then to make the experience even better, someone came over to defrost the car 🙌🏾

We arrived after a flight delay yet Ross made the pick up experience so seamless. From explaining insurance options without trying to pitch sell, just pointed out facts about liability and costing giving expert guidance. Ross went beyond being helpful checking we knew how to get to our destination offering to set the navigation system to ensure we had comfortable transition. Would highly recommend hiring a car from here. The whole pick up experience was easy, quick and free from hassle. Excellent !!! The car was pretty impressive too spotless, all features are latest so felt reassured driving the car.
