Enterprise Car Hire - Manchester Airport

Fantastic experience with Enterprise. Car was amazing to drive and alot of fun. The company worked around us being slightly late for pick up due to flight times and also happily took the car back earlier than schedule as well. Really nice staff.

I had intially booked with SIXT and had some issues - review can be found on SIXT review page..... however... I went back the a couple days later to Enterprise and was able to grab a beautiful speedy Ford Puma at a super reasonable price and only £200 deposit compared to SIXT's £1800. SIXT said their credit checks had flagged me because I was not registered to vote etc etc.... all rubbish. No such thing with Enterprise; they have the info. Enterprise did their checks and everything was fine.Within 5 min I was driving out with a new and beautiful Ford Puma - the car really impressed me for a Ford - it was a brilliant drive. Returning was a piece of cake, a lady met me at the returns lot and checked the car over, we cleared everything and had my deposit refunded on the spot. Nice easy simple. I had a follow up call a couple days later to ask me about the service and if there was anything that could be improved etc etc honestly I felt that Enterprise genuinely care about the service they offer. Well done. In conclusion, Leads me to conclude even more that SIXT just didn't want me to have the car I booked because I got such a good deal on it. I had snagged a booking for a VW Tiago for £185 for 9 days and when I checked 2 days later it was over £500 for just 7 days. Go figure, damn thieves. Bravo Enterprise!

I rented a car from Enterprise at Manchester Airport from last Friday to Sunday, and the whole experience was fantastic. Everything was incredibly easy and straightforward from start to finish and the car was amazing. Abi, the attendant who helped me during pickup at rental car village, she was absolutely amazing. She explained everything clearly, was super friendly, and really made the process stress free. She’s a real star for the company! When I returned the car, the gentleman who assisted us (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was also excellent, very professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. Overall, I’m completely satisfied with the service I received. Highly recommend Enterprise at Manchester Airport!
